We are looking for a Technical Lead (TL) with expertise in .NET 8, Angular, MySQL, and AWS services (Lambda, S3, Step Functions, IoT). The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of SOLID principles, lead high-performing teams, and drive scalable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture

- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions following SOLID principles.

- Drive best coding practices and ensure high-quality.NET 8 and Angular implementations.

- Architect and optimize cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging Lambda, S3, Step Functions, and IoT services.

- Ensure robust database design and query optimization for MySQL.

2. Team Leadership & Mentorship

- Lead, mentor, and upskill the development team, ensuring technical growth.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote clean architecture.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to ensure seamless delivery.

3. Development & Implementation

- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET 8.

- Implement responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly UI components using Angular.

- Utilize AWS services (Lambda, S3, Step Functions, IoT) to build robust, event-driven applications.

- Ensure high availability, performance, and security in cloud environments.

4. DevOps & Performance Optimization

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.

- Monitor system performance and optimize applications for scalability and reliability.

- Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with AWS security best practices.
